What we're looking for:

  • A self-motivated and dependable artist, general 3D graphics, and environment art
  • Fully proficient in industry-standard 3D and 2D software

  • Proven experience in a similar role, not less than 5 years

Bullets Forge is looking for a Senior Game Programmer to help bring our tactical shooter to life. As a key part of the engineering team, you’ll architect core systems, support gameplay features, and work closely with design to deliver smooth, responsive and impactful experiences.

What you'll do:

  • Design and implement core gameplay systems (combat, movement, interaction, etc.)
  • Collaborate with technical designers and AI programmers on game logic and feel
  • Optimize performance across platforms (PC and consoles)
  • Support debugging, profiling, and polishing throughout development
  • Mentor less experienced programmers when needed

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in game programming
  • Strong knowledge of C++, gameplay systems & code and performance optimization
  • Experience working with Unreal Engine 5
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
